Refund policy

 Returns within the USA:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund by following these steps:

  1. Please email us at wadfreeghscustomerservice@ginsey.com with the subject line "RETURN ORDER #___" just to let us know a return is coming.
  2. Find your order number on your order confirmation email and also on the product mailing label.
  3. Do not wait for an e-mail response to your return request to continue with your return.
  4.  Next, ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking information.
  5. Finally, return your item with your order number clearly marked to: Ginsey Industries, Inc DBA Wad-Free by Brayniacs at 2650 Oldman's Creek Road, Swedesboro, NJ 08085

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).  We only accept returns from the original purchaser or original gift recipient. We only accept returns for items purchased from wadfree.com. Merchandise purchased at independent department stores, dealers, and other websites or marketplaces must be returned to the location where it was purchased following their return policy. Proof of purchase from wadfree.com required. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Orders that shipped FREE will have their entire purchase amount refunded.

International Returns:

International returns may be authorized on a case by case basis within 15 days of delivery. International returns may be subject to duties, fees, customs, and/or taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer.  International returns will not be accepted unless all shipping charges and applicable duties, fees, customs, and/or taxes are prepaid. To initiate an international return, please email us at wadfreeghscustomerservice@ginsey.com with the subject line "RETURN INTERNATIONAL ORDER #___" . Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and also on the product mailing label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Proof of purchase from wadfree.com required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.

Products Damaged in Transit

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and hold on to the damaged product and packaging. We will initiate a claim which requires an online affidavit be filled out by you, along with photographs of the damaged product, packaging outside, and packaging inside. Please hold on to both product and packaging until a claim is completed. Once completed, a replacement can be sent.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at wadfreeghscustomerservice@ginsey.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been marked shipped.
