Shipping policy
All items are eligible to ship FREE to the United States with economy shipping only. Please provide a valid and complete USPS-deliverable address at checkout for FREE ship items. We reserve the right to choose the carrier and method of FREE ship items, which is often First Class USPS. Paid options are also available for you at check-out to specify your carrier or to expedite shipping.
Shipping speed estimates do not include processing time. We strive to ship orders received M-F between 8:30AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time within 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order ships which will include tracking information. Please be patient with the shipping carriers, who are experiencing unprecedented times and delays. Carrier delivery estimates are only that, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please be sure to check the accuracy of your shipping address before you submit your order. We can not guarantee any updates to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded, less our cost to ship them to you.
Please make sure the number of items in your cart is correct prior to submitting your order.
We cannot guarantee any updates to your order after it is received, including changes to shipping addresses, quantities, payment methods, or order cancellations.
We make no guarantees on delivery speed. We will not refund orders that have shipped, or send replacements while items are in transit.
International Shipping Out of the USA: For a fee, Wad-Free ships direct from wadfree.com to several countries, including Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and many more. There is a maximum of 10 products per international order, except to UK and EU where the maximum per order is €150 to EU and £135 (Orders over the limit will be asked to cancel and revise quantities.) International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and include all applicable shipping, customs, taxes, and duties. Global-e Managed Markets is the merchant of record for the transaction on international orders. Order processing time for international orders is 1-5 business days, which does not include time in transit with the international carrier. Products Damaged in Transit: If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and hold on to the damaged product and packaging. We will initiate a claim which requires an online affidavit be filled out by you, along with photographs of the damaged product, packaging outside, and packaging inside. Please hold on to both product and packaging until a claim is completed. Once completed, a replacement can be sent.
